Sawyer Garden - 12526 E. Michigan Ave., Ceresco
The Sawyer Garden is a living canvas where art, imagination, and the love of plants intertwine. Hostas, ferns, and colorful perennials create a backdrop for glass birdbaths, pottery statues, chandeliers, and many artful surprises. Explore this garden as it leads you to a working pottery studio, a chicken coop and horse barn.

Riggs Garden - 17524 U.S. Highway 27 North, Marshall
This historic farm has been in Carol Riggs’ family since 1863. The house and gardens are inspired by Colonel Williamsburg and New England sensibilities. Stone walls surround the property, and decorative art enhance the old-world flower selections of zinnias, coneflowers, cranesbill geraniums, ferns, and boxwood.

Roberts Garden - 13995 L Drive North, Battle Creek
It feels like Summer in Paris as you stroll the Robert’s cool and relaxing woodland gardens. This landscape, adorned with swaying ornamental grasses and bright begonias, beckons you to adventure further into the grounds. Note the Grand Rapids Art Prize entries of papier-mache dolls dressed in garden attire on the porch.

- Artist: Acrylic paintings of seashells floating dreamily in clouds, along with papier-mâché mannequins dressed in florals and 3-D butterflies, by Shelia Curl
Gillespie Garden - 345 High St., Marshall
This park-like setting features a grassy vista lined with flowerbeds of deer-resistant perennial and annual plantings, terraced hillsides, a gazebo, and a potting shed. The Gillespie’s have created a whimsical, yet peaceful oasis, supporting birds and wildlife. A delightful addition this year is the teapot garden.

Williams Garden - 19861 G Drive North, Marshall
As artists, the Williamses view their landscape as a palette of color and textures supplemented by unique decorative elements they have created or received from artist friends. The vast array of flowers includes annuals, perennials, succulents, and native plantings, plus the beds of Pete’s hybridized day lilies await your visit.

Dupee-Daus Garden - 603 N. Kalamazoo Ave., Marshall
The classic architectural white bridge crossing the lily-filled water garden is the focal point of this English cottage garden. Beautiful flowering trees and shrubs accent the landscape, which features blooming perennials starting in Spring through Fall. Duane and Kevin annually plant a thriving vegetable garden and harvest the honey from the hives on the property.
